Mission

Our mission is to provide access for low-income people to affordable housing and other supportive services. Our purpose is to leverage housing as a foundation to address an array of health, homelessness, economic and other social concerns one family at a time. Our services include: new affordable housing development, operation/maintenance of current affordable housing properties, emergency housing, case management, and housing information and referral. 100% of those served are extremely-low, very-low and low income individuals and families who are homeless and have one or more special needs such as HIV/AIDS, a mental health diagnosis, a substance abuse diagnosis, a physical disability and/or are veterans. Townspeople has been providing housing and housing related services for over 30 years
