Cienfuegos Cuba May 27 thru June 3 2018. A team volunteer surgeons anesthesiologists orthodontists and nurses from across the U.S. returned to Hospital Pediatrico Universitario Paquito Gonzalez Cueto to work in tandem with Cuban counterparts to treat children with traumatic injuries and congenital deformities and exchange ideas and information. The dedicated team was able to provide surgical care for several children with severe burn contractures including phase two surgery for some of our patients from 2016.
