AHC Greater Baltimore’s mission is to build, preserve and provide high quality affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families and individuals in the Greater Baltimore area and to build strong futures for our residents through onsite programs.

Multifamily housing development - AHC Greater Baltimore opened in 2004 to address the need for more affordable housing in the Baltimore region. Since then, AHC Greater Baltimore has developed 10 properties with more than 1,600 affordable apartments, primarily in Baltimore City. Projects range from an award-winning block-wide renovation of historic row houses (Union Rowe) to the multi-phase revitalization of a massive 62-acre, 1940s public housing community on Baltimore's southeast side, which is still underway (Key's Pointe).
