The purpose of the Eldercare Services Institute (ESI) is to advance support for older adults and caregivers by providing a full range of services in the home and in the community. A staff of licensed social workers, counselors, registered nurses and paraprofessionals is trained to help older adults with aging-related changes in their bodies, minds and environment. When necessary, therapists for specific disabilities and other professionals are integrated into the team. By providing multiple services to individuals, ESI is uniquely situated to make coordination of care much more effective.
