St. Augustine Health Ministries provides services to over 1000 chronically ill and aging individuals each day through a continuum of health care and community services. Founded by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, St. Augustine serves individuals of all backgrounds, faiths and walks of life with special concern for the poor.
