In 2019, members learned from benefits professionals and their peers at more than 40 virtual and in-person events. Attendees learned about the ins and outs of pharmacy benefit management contracting, improving the cost and quality of care and mental health in the workplace. In addition, employers participated in benchmarking surveys that included topics such as point of sale rebates, benefits administration systems, fertility, family benefits and the Affordable Care Act. Hundreds of companies across the country are moving the needle in a positive way by addressing depression in the workplace through Right Direction, an effort of Employers Health. The free initiative provides turn-key materials to employers to create awareness, reduce stigma and increase help seeking behaviors. Nearly 6,300 unique visitors have downloaded more than 4,700 pieces of collateral from the initiative website.
