Mission
To provide individuals and families who are mentally disabled and/or economically disadvantaged in Cuyahoga County with permanent supportive housing and lifelong solutions to increase self-sufficiency and independence. We are a 30-year-old nonprofit fighting homelessness in the NEO community. We are located in Ohio City and provide permanent supportive housing using best practices as defined by the US government and research communities. We provide a wide-array of programs that help individuals in our communities who struggle with chronic homelessness, due to various challenges, reach their goal of independence and self reliance. We enjoy a 97% success rate. Our teams are making a difference in an array of lives!

Permanent supportive housing program: provides and manages 60 safe, decent, affordable housing units for homeless persons, who are disabled and economically disadvantaged by low income. Front Steps provides employment and education services to low income persons living in independent housing in the community. Front Steps served 77 residential housing consumers and an additional 36 clients in employment and education community based services. Front Steps has maintained 95% rental collection rate and 100% remained in stable housing.
