Bikur Cholim is dedicated to serving all members of the Jewish community by providing assistance to improve health and well-being. We strive to help young and old, from within Cleveland and beyond, by offering comfort, shelter and support through a variety of services.
About
Providing hospital aid and assistance to patients in area hospitals, including food, transportation to and from the hospitals and interperative services when needed. Bikur Cholim provides over 18,000 hot meals annually. In addition, Bikur Cholim arranges 11,800 visits to people in hospitals, assisted living facilities and to private homes. Bikur Cholim provides over 9,000 rides annually to people unable to make their own way to medical appointments. In addition, Bikur Cholim has hospitality rooms in 4 major Cleveland area hospitals providing meals, snacks and beverages 24/7. These rooms have over 15,000 visits annually.
