About
Increase HPV vaccine uptake in the state of Indiana through grants, provider trainings, and collaboration with other stakeholders. There were 485 HPV vaccine doses administered at IUPUI clinics during our intervention period. During the matched period 1 year prior to this intervention, only 66 HPV vaccine doses were administered. This is therefore a 634.85% increase in HPV vaccination uptake during our intervention period compared to the 1 year prior matched period. Increased HPV vaccine uptake in the primary care setting through provider training on how to make a strong recommendation for the vaccine. Developed novel solutions to raising HPV rates by breaking down barriers among stakeholders in the state and fostering collaboration on new ideas.
