The YWCA Child Care Resource and Referral Program works to increase the availability of affordable, quality child care in Lake County by recruiting and educating child care providers, providing fee referrals to 1000 patients for quality child care, and administering the state child care assistance program for approximately 3,000 income eligible, working parents. 87 single-mother, head of household to receive financial assistance for child care while at work.
