About
English as a second language classes (ESL) are designed to address the English around Chicago's lower west side neighborhoods. ESL are individual classes that provide instruction for students whose primary language is other than English. Citizenship classes are offered to help students acquire basic knowledge in constitution and U.S. history necessary to satisfy requirements for citizenship.
