Home buyer services - NWL offers pre-purchase homebuyer education in addition to providing homeownership financing for qualifying individuals. In 2019, we have provided 175 households (228 individuals) pre-purchase homebuyer education. This is a course taught once a month and includes 10.5 hours of classroom participation. We assisted 68 homebuyers with the purchase of a home. 59 of those homebuyers received direct assistance through our programs. Fair housing activities included social media promotion, educational workshops, and distribution of resource information.
