Housing and case management for people living with HIV: This program serves 17 counties in Western Montana. In 2018, more than 90 households were assisted with housing support services. Housing improves health outcomes for people living with HIV and significantly decreases the risk of new HIV infections. When housing is stable, medical care is more stable and overall health and well-being metrics show improvement. Personal and professional goal setting is included in housing services as well as goals to achieve greater self-sufficiency. All recipients of this program must be living with HIV and be at or below 80% of area median income.
