Housing Forward's mission is to transition people from housing crisis to housing stability.

About

Supportive housing program: Permanent supportive housing program provides long-term rental assistance and supportive services for individuals who are homeless and disabled. In 2018, 378 individuals were served including 119 individuals served by partner agencies. Transitional housing for homeless veterans provides 12 months of rental assistance and supportive services allowing individuals the time, structure and support to maintain housing stability, increase their earning potential, reduce outstanding debt and strengthen basic life skills. In 2018, 13 men and women received assistance.
