Al-Shifa Trust has built four high-quality eye hospitals in Rawalpindi (Punjab), Muzaffarabad, Sukkur (Sindh) and Kohat (NWFP) with the most modern facilities and equipment. Al-Shifa North America Foundation supports Al-Shifa Trust by educating the public about the services provided by Al-Shifa Trust at several annual fundraising dinner events. The proceeds from these dinners go towards purchase of corneas from USA for transplants at the Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital in Rawalpindi as well as sponsoring of free eye surgeries and eye camps for the needy patients.
