The Sun Prairie Education Foundation provides financial assistance by giving grants to teachers and any other individuals that want to provide extraordinary learning opportunities to students of the Sun Prairie School District. These learning opportunities are outside what is normally funded by school district funds. Grants are determined by the foundation based on the amount of value the project provides and the number of students that are positively affected. Grants are normally provided to new opportunities instead of sustaining existing programs, thus allowing the number and types of learning activities to grow.
