About this organization
Mission
We bring peaceful resolution to conflicts by providing expert and affordable mediation and training services. We also provide restorative practices training, facilitation, and consultation.
About
In 2018, we handled 1,113 disputes, 841 of these were mediated, facilitated, or conciliated. 84% of these cases reached full or partial agreement. 3,020 individuals were served. We added facilitators to two more elementary schools and an intermediate school. We now have restorative practices facilitators at every Wyoming public schools building. We began our restorative justice conferencing program for youthful offenders in Kent County, offering an alternative to the traditional juvenile justice proceedings. We offered a multitude of training opportunities. For restorative practices, we offered the 2-day restorative practices training to the public three times and the 4-day training one time. We provided the 2-day training on-site at two local school districts and one local university. For mediation, we offered a 40-hour general civil mediator training and an 8-hour advanced mediation training.
