Clearinghouse helpline: The clearing house answers incoming calls from those in need. After those in need have told their story, the clearinghouse volunteers move forward in screening and verifying that clients' needs. After the calls have been verified that there is a true need, clients are connected with local churches, gap ministries, community resources, and/or Christian individuals. In 2018, the clearinghouse did 275 intakes. 274 referrals were made to local churches, gap ministries, community resources, and/or Christian individuals.
