Community investment/allocations. United Way of Racine County is committed to investing funds in the local community. United Way of Racine County staff and investment committee volunteers work hard throughout the year to make sure that United Way of Racine County's investment strategies are focused in the areas of education, financial stability and health-the building blocks of a good life. We fund programs that prepare children and youth to achieve their potential through education; prepare individuals and families to become financially stable and independent; and help individuals achieve maximum physical, emotional, and mental health and safety outcomes. These efforts allow Racine County residents to gain knowledge and skills that will empower them to achieve their full potential.
