Permanence, stability and wellness- the permanence & stability services consists of multiple programs designed to stabilize, support and treat children, youth and their families. These programs range from birth to 3, to families & schools together, to family preservation, and everything in between. The focus is to help families and their communities create a safe and stable environment for their children. The wellness services largely consists of outpatient mental health and aoda clinics, along with financial counseling, pre-marriage workshops and sexual assault treatment services.
