Mission
The purpose of the L.E. Phillips Senior Center is to meet the needs of adults over the age of 55 by offering educational, social, recreational, and volunteer activities. Additionally, the center serves as a resource to the entire community for information on aging.

Provide for the betterment of the quality of life of primarily persons ages 55 years of age and over who reside in the city and county of Eau Claire by providing opportunites and facilities for the pleasure, recreation, education, well-being, sustenance, selected medical help, and social welfare of such persons.
