Alverno Housing Corporation was organized in 1983 as a nonprofit corporation to acquire an interest in real property and to construct and operate group homes located in Jefferson, Wisconsin. The project consists of 12 units in one apartment building and three group homes consisting of 18 units designed to provide developmentally disabled persons with rent-assisted housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs.
