During January and February 2019, Good News Project sent 51 volunteers to two countries in the West Indies to build small homes for the poor, help with education, and medical work based on the skill sets of each volunteer. We fundraised all year for house sponsorships, then purchased materials for 15 houses to be built for the poor. In April of 2018, Good News Project volunteers participated in a two-week hurricane relief service trip. 13 US volunteers and 30 locals built 4 1/2 houses in two weeks.
