To provide person-centered mental health and chemical health services to individuals and families in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns and Wright counties. We inspire hope and recovery by responding to the emerging needs of the community. Through an integrated approach to care, we support our clients through the recovery and healing process.

Outpatient mental health. The center provides a variety of outpatient psychotherapy services at its locations in Buffalo, Elk River, Monticello, and St. Cloud. Adults, children, and adolescents may be seen individually or with family members. The center also offers a variety of therapy groups which address specific disorders or are organized according to gender and age specifications. Regardless of the type of psychotherapy involved, all services are provided by experienced psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, or marriage and family therapists within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
