THIS PROGRAM HELPS LEADERS IDENTIFY AND PRIORITIZE STRENGTHS AND IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, HELPING ORGANIZATIONS FOCUS, ALIGN, AND OPTIMIZE RESOURCES. IN 2018, CONDUCTED 2 PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE AWARD ASSESSMENTS AND 1 CONSULTATIVE ASSESSMENT.EDUCATION:PROVIDES TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES TO LEADERS, PROFESSIONALS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY (BUSINESS, EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE, NONPROFITS, AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES). RECOGNIZES VOLUNTEERS WHO PROVIDE TIME AND EXPERTISE TO HELPING ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES IN THE UPPER MIDWEST IMPROVE PERFORMANCE.
