To develop and encourage participation in the sport of soccer and develop the necessary athletic skills relating to the sport. The organization shall accomplish this by introducing the fundamentals of the sport of soccer to participants and by providing both elementary and advanced training with regard to the general aspects of the sport.

To foster and provide a positive environment in which to learn a love for the game of soccer. By organizing various opportunities, the teams enter into tournaments and leagues to compete in the sport of soccer.
