The organization is a critical access hospital with 25 acute beds. The organization provides acute and ancillary services to individuals in an inpatient and outpatient setting. In addition, the organization operates several physician's clinics, a senior housing independent living center, and a wellness center. During 2018, the organization provided 2,181 days of acute care, 1,185 days of skilled nursing care, 46 days of intermediate care, 289 nursery days, and 52,163 outpatient occasions of service.
