The Colts Drum and Bugle Corps was engaged in national competition events throughout the summer, including travel to fourteen states and over thirty performances for approximately 200,000 fans. 154 members participated in the summer session. The Colts placed 16th in the DCI World Class competition. The Colts Cadets had approximately 82 members in the summer who participated in travel and performances throughout the Midwest. They placed 11th in DCI Open Class competition. Workshops and open houses involved an additional nearly 100 youth.
