Our Lady's Inn provides pregnant women and their children shelter and hope for a new life through humble acts of love. Our Lady's Inn is a maternity home and aftercare program for homeless, pregnant women and their children serving the St. Louis and St. Charles metropolitan communities. We provide: a safe home; pre- and postnatal nursing care; counseling and case management; vocational and educational guidance; housing case management; addictions treatment referrals; and essential basic needs such as food, clothing, and baby items.

OLI PROVIDES SHELTER AND CARE FOR HOMELESS PREGNANT WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN, WITH A FOCUS ON HEALTHY BIRTH OUTCOMES, FAMILY STABILITY AND MOVEMENT TOWARD SELF-SUFFICIENCY. SERVICES INCLUDE, CASE MANAGEMENT; MATERIAL SUPPORTS-FOOD/CLOTHING/BABY NECESSITIES; COUNSELING, LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION; WELL-BABY CARE, PARENTING, BUDGETING, NUTRITION, EMPLOYMENT READINESS; MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTIONS TREATMENT SUPPORT AND PRE AND POST-NATAL NURSING CARE SUPPORT. OVERALL IN 2019, 16,514 DAYS OF CARE/NIGHTS OF SHELTER AND 1,718 DAYS OF TRANSITIONAL HOUSING WERE PROVIDED. WE PROVIDED SERVICE TO 89 FAMILIES IN OLI'S 2-YEAR AFTERCARE PROGRAM.CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE OIN 2019, AT THE ST. LOUIS LOCATION 8,010 TOTAL DAYS OF CARE WERE PROVIDED TO A TOTAL OF 89 WOMEN AND 55 CHILDREN. 17 BABIES WERE BORN IN RESIDENCE. THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY WAS 58 DAYS. 58 CLIENTS RECEIVED MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS. WE RECEIVED 378 TOTAL CALLS FOR HELP FROM PREGNANT WOMEN. 58 MOTHERS AND THEIR 135 CHILDREN WERE SERVED IN THE 2-YEAR AFTERCARE PROGRAM. THE AFTERCARE FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM OUT OF THE ST. LOUIS LOCATION PROVIDED 1,718 DAYS OF CARE IN TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR 5 FAMILIES. 43 FAMILIES WERE SERVED IN THE CHRISTMAS "ADOPT A FAMILY PROGRAM". 66 INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS (REPRESENTING 2,932.5 HOURS) AND 33 GROUPS (REPRESENTING 1,159 HOURS) GAVE OF THEIR TIME AT THE ST. LOUIS LOCATION OF OUR LADY'S INN. IN 2019, AT THE ST. CHARLES LOCATION 8,504 TOTAL DAYS OF CARE WERE PROVIDED TO A TOTAL OF 34 WOMEN AND 32 CHILDREN. 12 BABIES WERE BORN IN RESIDENCE AND THERE WERE 8 BABIES BORN IN 2018 STILL IN RESIDENCE DURING 2019. THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY WAS 170 DAYS. 20 CLIENTS RECEIVED MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS. WE RECEIVED 152 TOTAL CALLS FOR HELP FROM PREGNANT WOMEN. 31 MOTHERS AND THEIR 56 CHILDREN WERE SERVED IN THE 2-YEAR AFTERCARE PROGRAM. 23 FAMILIES WERE SERVED IN THE CHRISTMAS "ADOPT A FAMILY PROGRAM". 55 INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS (REPRESENTING 2,008.25 HOURS) AND 18 GROUPS (REPRESENTING 645.75 HOURS) GAVE OF THEIR TIME AT THE ST. CHARLES LOCATION OF OUR LADY'S INN.TWICE BLESSED RESALE STORE IS OPERATED TO HELP PROVIDE REVENUE FOR THE MISSION AND JOB TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR CLIENTS. 51 VOLUNTEERS, INCLUDING 2 CLIENTS (REPRESENTING 3,993.75 HOURS) AND 5 GROUP, (REPRESENTING 90.25 HOURS) GAVE OF THEIR TIME AT THE TWICE BLESSED RESALE STORE.
