Chips’ mission is to promote wellness and empower self health management for the uninsured and underserved through preventive and primary healthcare services. Volunteer physicians, dentists, chiropractors and other providers care for low and moderate income individuals that are uninsured and underserved. The 5,000 sq. ft. health center has been located at 2431 N. Grand Boulevard in North St. Louis for over 28 years. Services provided on site include primary and preventive health care including internal and family medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, men's health, asthma/allergy, dental, chiropractic, and chronic disease support groups. In 2018 providers had 1,545 patient visits and provided 13,473 health services. 108 people attended support groups.
