The organization was initially formed to provide enhanced support and assistance through specialized programs for individuals dealing with the symptoms and consequences of serious and persistent mental illness. During 2015, the organization began providing primary and preventive health care services and behavioral health services to underserved patients throughout the South Los Angeles, Norwalk, Bellflower and Long Beach communities in its clinic located in Compton, California.
