Completed the second power of words mural in Manistique. Cost was approximately 38,000. This was a community run, community sponsored, and community created (in partnership with the Svelata Foundation) work of public art. Sponsored and ran a kids art exploration camp. The camp was free to all and ran for two days a week for six weeks over the summer. The program service over 150 kids. Sponsored a summer concert in Manistique. Conducted many art classes. Sponsored a readers theater group which is free to participate in. Sponsored a recorder playing group which is free to join.
