DURING 2019, AFRICA TRANSFORMATION NETWORK, INC. PROVIDED GRANTS FOR MULTIPLE PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT AFRICAN COMMUNITIES INCLUDING: THE PEACE HOUSE MINISTRY IN RWANDA, AFRICA. THROUGH THIS MINISTRY, THE PEACE HOUSE STAFF WORKED WITH THE FAMILIES OF THE STREET BOYS TO PREPARE BOTH THE BOYS AND THE FAMILIES FOR FUTURE INTEGRATION. 72 FORMER STREET BOYS WERE SUPPORTED THROUGH SCHOOL TUITION AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES. 11 STREET GIRLS WERE TRAINED IN SEWING AND EMPOWERED TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESSES WITH BOTH EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. THE ORGANIZATION HELD 12 MONTHLY GATHERINGS FOR BENEFICIARIES, FRIENDS, AND NEIGHBORS AND ATTENDANCE INCREASED FROM AN AVERAGE OF 95 PER GATHERING TO 120 PER GATHERING. 19 PEOPLE DECIDED TO FOLLOW JESUS AND WERE BAPTIZED. AFRICA TRANSFORMATION NETWORK PARTNERED WITH ATN-RWANDA TO DEVELOP THEIR PROPERTY INCLUDING BUILDING A HALF BASKETBALL COURT, BUILDING A WELDING WORKSHOP FOR THE VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL THAT NOW HAS CAPACITY TO SERVE 70 STUDENTS, RENOVATING AND FURNISHING A CLASSROOM FOR THEIR PRESCHOOL TO INCREASE CAPACITY TO 30 CHILDREN, REPAIRING AND UPGRADING PROPERTIES TO SERVE 80 PEOPLE DAILY, AND EXPANDING THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING SCHOOL SHOWROOM.
