More about this organization
Mission
The Broach Foundation for Brain Cancer Research is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. Our mission is to promote funding for brain cancer research and education so that effective treatments, and ultimately a cure, can be found. All net proceeds raised will be provided as grants to qualified research clinics and doctors who are conducting promising research in the area of brain cancer and brain disease to help find the cure. To date, we have funded over $5,000,000 in brain cancer research.
About
The Organization raised over $680,000 during 2019. A portion of this amount is being reserved for the 2020 fundraising event. As a result, a grant was given to a major cancer and research hospital during 2019. The research focuses on developing novel gene, viral, and stem cell approaches for the treatment of brain tumors with the hopes of translating these therapeutic approaches to major clinics.
