It is our mission to empower families to become self sufficient and improve their quality of life.

About

The purpose of the Helping Hands Fund is to provide for the basic needs of program participants. Those needs are related to basic housing, food, clothing, and one time assistance. Families who are struggling to meet their basic needs will be assisted and provided with case management services to identify the root causes of the identified need. The fund includes: Jessica's Christmas, food pantry, adopt-a-center, and the clothing closet.
