Prior to ceasing activities and operations on January 1, 2014, expenses incurred providing superior professional healthcare services to the residents of the Inspira Medical Center Woodbury, Inc. ('IMCW') service area in a non-discriminatory manner and regardless of ability to pay, to assist IMCW in the management of its service line and otherwise assist Inspira Health Network, Inc. and IMCW in carrying out its tax-exempt charitable mission.

By donating on this page you are making an irrevocable contribution to Daffy Charitable Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity, and a subsequent donation recommendation to the charity listed above, subject to our Member Agreement.
