Mission
RISC is dedicated to promoting the safety of freelance journalists in combat zones. We train and equip freelance journalists in all media to treat life-threatening injuries on the battlefield.
About
RISC provided 2 trainings during 2018. The trainings took place in San Paulo, Brazil and Sarajevo, Bosnia. A total of 46 freelance journalists were trained on battlefield first aid and other safety measures. Provided all graduates with a comprehensive medical kit to take with them into the field.
