Leadership retreat for 100 people in 2019. Had nearly 300 people involved in peer-to-peer small groups. Provided framework for 36 small groups in Washington State. Trained forum chairs by bringing them together in specialized training sessions. Held a major golf tournament and dinner for business leaders and marketplace influencers. Provided a handful of videos regarding life, leadership and calling. Held the annual High Ground Breakfast giving the award to an outstanding business leader in our region.
