Windsync provides several innovative and interactive programs; some examples of these programs are: (see also schedule 0) 1. Sound Places Project - Windsync partnered with Chamber Music America and the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Project for Public Spaces to enliven and enrich the community of Opelousas, LA with educational programs in schools and creative community driven collaborations in public spaces. This was a year long residency program which began in January 2017. 2. Education Concerts Across USA - Windsync performed for over 6,000 elementary, middle school, and high school students in Houston and across the United States, presenting engaging programs specifically designed for all levels of experience with classical music and live performance. 3. Artist Residencies - Windsync enriched communities with formal concerts as well as educational programs. Windsync was the ensemble in residence with the Chamber Music Festival of Lexington, a residency with the Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival. The ensemble also initiated a chamber music festival called the Onstage Offstage Chamber Music Festival in Houston, TX. The festival is dedicated to increasing accessibility to world-class chamber music by presenting free and educational public concerts.
