Mission

The Hawaii Leadership Forum is a societal change organization dedicated to advancing leadership in and for Hawaii. We seek to cultivate the conditions in which Hawaii thrives.

About

Omidyar Fellows - In 2018, our emergent evaluation process concluded and we applied our key takeaways as we launched and began recruitment for our sixth cohort. Cohort six was selected in May and started their curriculum in October. The Omidyar Fellows curriculum and program galvanizes transformative leadership on the individual, organizational, and network levels, using program elements that include executive coaching, peer and cohort learning, leadership conversations, and an individual learning excursion. The Fellows continue after the initial 15-month curriculum as change agents in service to address the most significant problems facing Hawaii as part of the Forum of Fellows network.
