Bike Share of Austin supplies affordable public access to bicycles for short-term use in urban areas while providing an alternative to using motorized vehicles, reducing traffic congestion and minimizing air pollution.

The bike share program has dozens of bike sharing stations througout central and east Austin, which hold hundreds of heavy-duty commuter bicycles which are available for short-term use by both members and non-members.
