About this organization
Mission
Since the center was established in 2012, it has held the servant leadership workshops and trainings for the companies and organizations in China, South Korea and USA. The important influence of the center has been recognized by many.The excellent leadership originates from a humble, wise and selfless life according to the Bible. We believes leadership is the demonstration of one's life style which can be shaped and transformed by the good principles and practices.To develop the selfless and supportive leadership is the core value of us, and the emphatic value of the mutual beneficial and supportive work among team is highlighted by the center. We also brings the innovation to the family value by using the servant leadership model. We have extended the leadership concept and training effect from the business administration to the family life transformation. To form the right ethics and selfless cooperation of dealing with crisis among one's family and career is our integrative model.
