H4WI was formed for charitable and educational purposes to empower women in Uganda and other countries who are suffering from poverty, disease, and low self-worth to become self-sufficient with their own business.

During 2018, 160 women graduated from our Women in Business Sponsorship Program in Uganda. 158 new women were sponsored. We distributed over 200,000 dresses to girls in need around the world. We participated in mission trips with Hope 4 Kids International. Our staff and volunteers went to Uganda, the Philippines and Romania. We have 54 state/area ambassadors for our Dress a Girl program within the USA. We have 13 international partners involved with Dress a Girl with more requesting partnership.
