About

Parts of the event were open to both members and the public, including a signing event for the public to buy books and meet authors. Grants were awarded for nominees to travel to the event. In addition, a professional conference was held during the weekend with workshops and panels for registered attendees. Ticketing is available to non-members as well as members, limited to the capacity of the venue.
