Gary Koch Invitational Pro-Am, Inc. produces an invitational golf tournament each year in the Tampa Bay area which pairs amateur golfers with professionals. The proceeds from the event, including donations from participants and corporate sponsorship funds, will be distributed by the corporation to promote and support the interests and welfare of local public charities that have tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law. Such distributions shall be made no less frequently than on an annual basis to such public charities as may be selected by a majority vote of the board of directors.
