ExtraSpecialTeas is a social innovation enterprise tapping into the power of purpose in your local community. Our mission is to create a new, purpose-filled experience any community can share in that changes lives and affects social change for those with autism and special needs--by building an extra special place that inspires a sense of purpose in everyone that encounters it: the people of the community that frequent it, the extra special needs people that operate it, their families that support them, and the volunteers that feel rewarded by it. Autistic + special needs adults will experience the thrill of their first job, plus the opportunity to feel fully integrated into mainstream society. Our goal is to roll out at least 4 more across the country by 2025.
