Justice-based transition from fossil fuels to clean energy: developed and supported in coalition the campaign for the Portland clean energy fund, a fund to create jobs and other community opportunities in the new economy; worked in coalition to gather thousands of public comments opposing expansion of fossil fuel export facilities in Oregon; advocated for more aggressive city and state targets for reducing carbon emissions while also considering needs of low-income communities.
