SLAVE-FREE CITY NETWORK - A COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE AND OPERATING STRATEGY DESIGNED TO ALIGN KEY STAKEHOLDERS WHO ARE ADDRESSING SLAVERY IN CENTRAL TEXAS. ALLIES IMPLEMENTS THE NETWORK THROUGH A CO-LEADERSHIP ROLE IN THE CENTRAL TEXAS COALITION AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING. LEADERSHIP OF THE NETWORK INVOLVES FACILITATING WORKING GROUPS, BUILDING A COMPREHENSIVE CONTINUUM OF SERVICES FOR TRAFFICKING VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS, AND MEASURING DATA. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, ALLIES ALSO PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND COALITIONS.LIGHTHOUSE - A CLOUD-BASED SOFTWARE TOOL DESIGNED AND MANAGED BY ALLIES TO HELP FRONTLINE PROFESSIONALS IDENTIFY VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING. ALLIES WORKED WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE TO ENSURE LIGHTHOUSE WAS PROFESSIONALLY INFORMED AND SURVIVOR INFORMED. IN ADDITION TO SOFTWARE, PARTNERS IN THE LIGHTHOUSE NETWORK ALSO RECEIVE IMPLEMENTATION TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FROM ALLIES TO ENSURE MORE VICTIMS ARE IDENTIFIED AND MOVED FROM EXPLOITATION TO RECOVERY. ALLIES ALSO CONDUCTS DATA ANALYSIS AND PRODUCES INSIGHTS FOR LIGHTHOUSE USERS AND THE BROADER ANTI-TRAFFICKING FIELD.EDUCATION & TRAINING - ALLIES TRAINS A VARIETY OF PROFESSIONALS FROM SOCIAL WORKERS, NURSES, AND CASE MANAGERS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, PROBATION OFFICERS, AND TEACHERS. ALLIES EQUIPS THEM TO IDENTIFY AND RESPOND TO TRAFFICKING BY EXPLORING KEY VULNERABILITIES, RECRUITMENT TACTICS, SIGNS OF ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION AND INDICATORS OF TRAFFICKING. ATTENDEES LEAVE TRAININGS EMPOWERED TO RECOGNIZE AND IDENTIFY VICTIMS OF TRAFFICKING AND WITH A TOOLBOX OF TRAUMA INFORMED RESOURCES FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED EXPLOITATION.MOBILIZING COMMUNITY - ALLIES SEEKS TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND PROVIDE WAYS FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO TAKE PART IN THE MOVEMENT TO END MODERN SLAVERY.
