We are in our second year of contract operation with the Lancaster County Department of Juvenile Probation. This is our largest source of income and expense. The program is called Strength Based Skill Building (SBSB) and serves 12 youth/year. We hope to continue into a third year of operation. We are in our sixth year of operation our community-based program after school in Lancaster City, which serves over 150 youth/year. We call this our open gym (OG) program. We also are in our second year of operating an on-site after school program at Columbia High School. This program serves 8 youth/year.
