Mission
HPA's mission is to save dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia and find them loving homes, while preventing unwanted animals.
About
We pull animals out of area shelter euthanasia lists and find foster homes for as many animals as possible until we can place them in permanent homes. Once ready for adoption, the animals are adopted out from various sites and at scheduled events.
